The first miniSUB was installed at the new headquarters of Industrias Ectricol S.A.S., located in Celta Trade Park. The miniSUB is a compact prefabricated transformer substation for subway installation, built as standard, tested and supplied as a unit, consisting of an associated compact MB-type equipment made up of 2 line cubicles and one protection cubicle, a transformer, a low-voltage switchboard and the corresponding interconnections and auxiliary elements, all inside a concrete enclosure.
For Industrias Ectricol S.A.S., as well as for its partner company Ormazabal, it is an important event that the first miniSUB has already been installed and placed in service in Colombian territory. Having this subway distribution center in the new headquarters ensures that the company's internal electrical distribution is optimal and that its production, energy and testing processes are supported by a high-level security system.
