ormally we talk about the projects carried out that have a positive impact in the industrial or commercial field, today we will highlight our work not only in one project, but in several that we carry out to ameliorate the life of thousands of people. Surely you have heard of Ciudad Verde, this is a housing project where about 8 construction companies joined together to give a home to more than 35 000 people. Located in the municipality of Soacha, which has an area of 3.25 km2 with 109 residential developments in 12 different stages. In the complex there are two shopping centers, three schools, a rehabilitation center belonging to the Teleton Foundation and a police station.
This megaproject was, still is and will be one of the most ambitious housing projects carried out in Cundinamarca; it is expected to be completed in 2020 and we will continue to be present. We have manufactured for this megaproject a total of 271 equipments ranging from a box to medium voltage cubicles. This is a clear example that what we do at Ectricol is supporting the construction industry to grow and build a country that has everything to give.
