________________Sesquile Brewing Plant
The plant of the Colombian brewery, located in Sesquile, a municipality in the department of Cundinamarca, 45 km northeast of Bogotá, began its construction in 2016 and was inaugurated during the first half of 2018. During the construction process, the complex generated about 1,000 jobs and is currently generating about 1,800 direct and indirect jobs.
Our client, was the company that designed the manufacturing plant solution in Sesquile and with the support of Industrias Ectricol we managed to materialize the elaboration of 200 control switchboards for the thermal and boiler plant, essential processes for the elaboration of the German beer Heineken and other brands such as Teka. The control switchboards for this project have the following main functions.

Direct and supervisory control, monitoring and processing sequences
Data Acquisition
Variable process, storage and retrieval trends
System diagnosis
Logic and sequence for the generator starter, control during the operation and routine stop.
Automatic stops, manual stops and restarts
The main components of this solution are:
PLC (CPU, i/= modules, Ethernet module)
Patch panel (RJ-45 and profibus DP/PA)/li>
Copper to profibus Ethernet media converters
Power supplies with an input supply of 125 Vac. with an output capacity of 24 Vdc and output current according to the control system dimensions.
