In the month of February we have been exactly one year since we embarked on a new business project by the hand of our partner Siemens, for the design and manufacture of the SIVACON S8 low voltage distribution board, and that is that at the national level we are the only ones Authorized manufacturers to develop this latest technology equipment. We have the participation of our human talent from Ectricol: Engineers, Designers, operational personnel; among others who with their valuable contribution made this project possible. Our staff was trained and acquired the relevant knowledge on a trip made to the city of Leipzig Germany, directly at the Siemens facilities, where the best engineers worldwide trained them to bring this knowledge to Colombia and be able to manufacture these state-of-the-art boards . But this was only the beginning, as the months progressed, Ectricol was committed to designing and implementing a prototype that sought the approval of the parent company in Germany, in order to certify us as authorized manufacturers of the SIVACON S8 Board with the distinction of Technology Partners. At the end of last year with great effort, dedication and commitment we presented our first SIVACON S8 distribution board, exhibited at the FISE Fair (International Electric Sector Fair); which has the Colombian RETIE certification that is responsible for endorsing and confirming compliance with the IEC 61439 - IEC 61641 standards. We plan for this year 2020 to implement this equipment in the different industrial sectors at national and international level, in order to to comply with the technical requirements and thus position ourselves as a leading brand in the market.
